beauty write up Mikey, thanks for sharing... feeling the intensity of the event in your words. Enjoy the ski season and looking forward to seeing you on the bike again next year
Great points FR1DE. It is a tough one. Rampage is about evolving the sport, and the athletes know it. Everyone's goal is to land their runs and not get hurt, and the invited athletes that compete at Rampage are the best of the best going for the biggest purse in mountain biking. No where else is there a 62 foot canyon gap or 50x50 sender (if thats what Zink's measurements work out to be??), no where else can the athletes choose to hit the built features as part of the line or carve in their own top to bottom runs on the side of a steep ass mountain... The speed, the exposure, and the size of everything is nuts and some of these guys make it look easy. Mad props to every rider on that invite list, everyone of them contributed to raising the bar. Rampage just moved our sport, stoked, can't wait for 2012!
Nice Reece, keep up the good work and great riding! Keep us posted About Us
